Returning merchandise
When you receive your order, the return information will be included in the package shipped. Please keep all paperwork, product packaging and all accessories as well as all e-mails about your order till you are certain you are satisfied and are not returning merchandise. Your order must be returned to us in order to receive credit, your shipping cost will not be refunded. Contact us at 302-227-4434 to get a Return Authorization. Any returns without Return Authorization will not be credited. Merchandise can be returned within 15 days of UPS delivery date. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Blister packs are not to be opened.
